Achieve IT Award Overview
Achieve IT awards are granted quarterly to members and/or teams who demonstrate superior performance and contribution toward achievement of the IT Strategic Objectives.
Eligible Participants:
All HNI IT members are eligible for the award and may nominate others for the award.
Recognition Criteria:
Nominations may be made for superior performance and contributions toward the IT Strategic Objectives. Here are a few examples of situations in which you may want to submit an Achieve IT award nomination:
Process:
Click here to nominate a member or team for an Achieve IT award. Nominations will be reviewed by the IT Senior Leadership Team on a quarterly basis. Awards of recognition will be presented at quarterly IT Member Meetings.

- A team has developed a substantially new and better way of providing IT services.
- A team delivered an IT project or solution with a high degree of quality, on time, on budget and the project resulted in significant added value for our business partners.
