​Whether it’s a big win or everyday excellence, these programs give members and managers a chance to celebrate each other in a meaningful way. Rooted in our IT Tenets and Strategic Objectives, they shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond to help us reach our goals—and make IT a great place to be.
​Live IT Awards
Peer-to-peer recognition for living the IT Tenets in everyday work. Any IT member can nominate another, and members may receive multiple awards each quarter. Nominations trigger manager notifications, and MCR provides a certificate for presentation.
Achieve IT Awards
Quarterly recognition for teams that deliver exceptional results aligned to IT’s strategic objectives. Nominations are open to all IT members, and the IT Senior Leadership Team reviews submissions each quarter. Awards are presented at IT Member Meetings.
​MerIT Gift Cards
Manager-driven recognition for going above and beyond in demonstrating the IT Tenets. Managers may award any IT member a $25 or $50 Visa gift card when standout performance or behaviors are observed.
