Live IT Program Overview
Live IT awards allow HNI IT Members to recognize each other for demonstrating the IT Tenets in their work each day.
Eligible Participants:
All HNI IT members
Recognition Criteria:
Thank a member who consistently demonstrates behaviors that support the IT Tenets. Any IT member may nominate any other IT member, and all IT members are eligible to be considered as recipients for this award.
Process:
Click here to nominate a coworker for a Live IT Award. Both your manager and the nominee's manager will be notified. MCR will create a Live IT award certificate and e-mail it to you, which you can then present to the member you wish to recognize.
