Recognition Program Overview

HNI Information Technologies is committed to being a great place to work. This includes fostering an environment where the results and contributions of members are recognized and rewarded. Our goal is to create a team culture that encourages excellence, active involvement, and the contributions of each member.  

HNI Information Technologies is excited to introduce the "You Make IT Happen!" recognition program - a series of 3 recognition awards that give members and managers the opportunity to celebrate coworkers' success. Our recognition programs reinforce the principles outlined in our IT Tenets and IT Strategic Objectives. Our goal is to recognize members who live our tenets and demonstrate top-notch performance that helps us achieve our goals. The 2 programs are:

  • Live IT: This program encourages members to nominate peers who have demonstrated the IT Tenets in their day-to-day work.
  • Achieve IT: This award recognizes teams who have demonstrated superior performance and contribution toward achievement of the IT Strategic Objectives.

Award information
The manager of each nominee will be notified of their direct report's nomination, and each nominee will receive a Live IT recognition certificate. 
Award information
Nominees will be evaluated and awards will be granted by the IT Senior Leadership Team each quarter.
